User Errors when Selecting Filters
Problem
Users frequently lost track of applied filters, making it difficult to customize displayed data effectively. Additionally, updating the marketing background image for exported assets was cumbersome, requiring unnecessary navigation between sections.
Solution
Introduced a sticky Filter Criteria panel on the right side of the main frame to keep applied filters visible while scrolling. This same space was leveraged to provide a quick-access background image editor, reducing friction in updating marketing visuals.

Reported Ease of Use for Property Evaluations
Problem
Despite being always in view, the side navigation was underutilized, as users instinctively returned to the dashboard via the header logo and navigated using vertical dashboard cards instead. The side nav blended into the adjacent filter sidebar, making it visually unnoticeable.
Solution
Enhanced visual contrast between the side nav and filter panel, increased icon sizes by 30%, and emphasized the active navigation state to draw user attention and improve discoverability.
